01/21/16 Kicking-off the second year of SIFT‘s quarterly conversation with interdisciplinary artists, designers, and crafts people exploring the intersections where sequence, image, form, and text converge…Close Quarters is thrilled to present Nancy Sharon Collins, stationer extraordinaire. Close Quarters is often held at an artist’s studio allowing close-up, hands-on examination of work with lively and engaging dialog. On Thursday, January 21, 2016, SIFT is delighted to host at Collins’s studio.
In addition, Émilie Lamy, proprietress of The Stacks, the first independent art and design bookshop in New Orleans, will be joining us to sell Nancy’s book, The Complete Engraver, $29.95 plus tax, published by Princeton Architectural Press.
